FAQ

• Wheelchairs and limited Mobility: 
• We have a wheelchair seating area. 
• Bookings for wheelchairs must be done over the phone or in person at our box office with at least 24 hours notice as space is limited
• Prams
• Prams cannot be taken into the seating area and will have to be checked when entering the big top 
• Child age
• 2 and under are free if sitting on a lap. 
• 3-14 Childs ticket 
• 15+ adult ticket
• Children 14 years and under need to be accompanied by an adult
• Family tickets 
• 2 Adults + 2 Children
• 1 Adult + 3 Children
• Refunds and exchanges 
• Refunds or changing tickets to a different session will attract a $10 fee. 
• Refunds are for tickets only and not bank and booking fees
• We cannot refund tickets within 24 hours of the show they are booked for. 
  We reserve the right to change the program.
